President-Webcom Solutions, Inc.
Rick Olson is President of Webcom Solutions, Inc. A Value Added Channel of WebSource CPQ, a Web-based Configuration, Pricing & Quotation (CPQ) software application developed by Webcom, Inc.
Mr. Olson was one of the founding channel partners of Webcom and has contributed significantly to the sales and revenue growth of the company from the start-up of the company to it’s present position as a thriving and global leader in the CPQ software application marketplace.
Mr. Olson has over 20 years experience is corporate sales, marketing, management and administration in the telecommunications and software technology sectors. Prior to Webcom, Mr. Olson served eight years as Regional Sales Manager for WilTel, a nationwide provider of voice, data and video networks and customer premise equipment solutions. At WilTel, Mr. Olson was responsible for sales, marketing, managmement & administration, with a key emphasis on sales revenue growth, as well as customer base expansion and retention. While serving at WilTel, Mr. Olson was promoted from Major Account Manager to Regional Sales Manager. Prior to his promotion into management, Mr. Olson served as Major Account Manager for WilTel from 1990 to 1993, responsible for driving sales, revenues and profitability for new and existing customers.
Mr. Olson is also founder of Victory Seminars, LLC (www.victoryseminars.com), a sales strategy and consulting company that offers professional sales training programs and executive management sales consulting.
